WHY?
Since University, I have had a strong passion for wellbeing in the workplace. I completed a research project on companies that introduced Mindfulness and Yoga in the workplace and found, as predicted, the benefits for the companies were remarkable; increased job retention, employee satisfaction, increased presenteeism and reduced absenteeism to name a few.
I have been on a mission since to continue my education and having my NLP, Coaching and Yoga qualifications has paved the way for me to be able to work with businesses to enhance their wellbeing.

I recently arranged and attended a Wellness session held by Amy. Overall, it was a positive & refreshing experience. Amy had employees attending in person and some also joined remotely. Amy did an excellent job of interacting and involving everyone. Amy set the scene by telling everyone a little about herself and the work she is involved in. She was very professional as well as approachable.
Amy used a slide show to reach the audience and there were opportunities for people to join in and participate in the exercises – without feeling pressured. Feedback following the session was very positive with many comments about it being ‘relatable’ and many people appreciating ‘Mindfulness’ in a different way. The session lasted an hour – but it flew by!
I would recommend Amy to anyone thinking about doing something alternative in the workplace – I will be inviting her back!”
